Provides outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment for adolescents ages 12–17 through its Seven Challenges program and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Services include individual and group counseling, education about addiction and recovery, coping skills, relapse prevention, family support, and aftercare planning. Tides also offers youth and family behavioral health services, crisis intervention, and mobile response and stabilization services for young people experiencing behavioral or emotional crises. The IOP is based in Pawtucket and serves teens who need structured support while continuing to attend school. Insurance coverage and eligibility requirements vary by program.
