Provides outpatient substance use treatment, including individual and group counseling and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for people with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The IOP typically lasts 8–12 weeks and includes at least 9 hours of treatment per week. Services may include medication management for opioid or alcohol use disorders. Thrive also offers mental health care, psychiatric services, housing assistance, family support, and 24/7 mobile crisis services.
