A peer-led harm reduction and recovery organization supporting people affected by substance use. Services include free naloxone (Narcan), fentanyl test strips, sterile syringes, HIV and hepatitis C testing, safer-use supplies, overdose prevention education, peer recovery coaching, and referrals to treatment and housing resources. The organization also provides street outreach, basic-needs support, and operates Rhode Island’s state-regulated Overdose Prevention Center. Located at 640 Broad St. in Providence, with additional services in Pawtucket and through mobile outreach.
