Provides outpatient substance use treatment, with a focus on opioid use disorder. Services include medication-assisted treatment, along with counseling and behavioral therapy. CODAC also offers intensive outpatient treatment and additional recovery supports. Multiple locations serve communities throughout Rhode Island.
